The National Spiritual Assembly is pleased to inform you that Ms. Carmel Kalani has been elected as Secretary of the Regional Bahá’í Council for England.
You will no doubt wish to join the National Assembly in its prayers for the efforts of the Regional Council and its officers who are charged with the advancement of the Nine Year Plan of the Universal House of Justice across England.
