To all believers in the United Kingdom
Dear Bahá’í friends,
With great joy we are writing to share with you the attached message dated 29 December 2015 from the Universal of Justice to the Conference of the Counsellors which commenced in the Holy Land today. This message defines the features of the next Five Year Plan and will form the basis of the consultation at this Conference over the next several days. At the institutional meetings being held around the world in the coming weeks and months, the Counsellors will share with the friends the insights they have gained in their deliberations at the Bahá’í World Centre.
The National Spiritual Assembly warmly encourages all the friends and institutions across the United Kingdom to study this message individually and collectively as it will guide and direct the progress of the Faith throughout the world and in the United Kingdom over the next five years.
