The National Assembly is pleased to share with you news about a service position that has opened within the Finance Office based at the National Office at 27 Rutland Gate in London.
Part Time Accounts/ Administrative Assistant
This is a part time paid position of 20 to 25 hours per week. A salary is being offered by the National Assembly to enable the successful candidate to carry out this service. However, as with all service to the Faith, it may be done on a voluntary or part-voluntary basis also. The initial service period is two-years, subject to review at the end of the period.
Skills
The National Assembly is looking to appoint a person with good accounting knowledge, proficient in using Sage and also with strong Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point.
The person who would be a key player and able to work independently would also be responsible for monitoring the flow of correspondence in and out of the office. A good level of communication, writing and organisational skills is required along with an ability to plan and prioritise a range of tasks.
