Service Opportunity – BASED-UK
Part-time Executive Officer – 4 hours per week
Dearly loved Friends,
The Baha’i Agency for Social & Economic Development – UK (BASED-UK) would like to invite applications for an Executive Officer to assist with its ongoing work. The role will be home-based and it is hoped this service can be undertaken voluntarily. An hourly rate is available if necessary.
The role will include being the first point of contact for BASED-UK via phone and email, and taking on the various associated administrative tasks. It will also include preparing the Agency’s supporter newsletter and applying for grants from charitable trusts. Some training and ongoing guidance will be provided. An ideal opportunity for a creative and self-motivating individual wishing to accompany the work of the trustees.
Previous experience of and an interest in international development would be a great help but not essential. Excellent administrative skills including use of Word and email are essential.
