Dearly loved Friends,

The National Spiritual Assembly has agreed to a request from Dr. Kishan Manocha to be relieved, for personal reasons, from service as a member of the National Assembly with immediate effect. Kishan made a notable contribution to the work of the Assembly over the course of many years, and demonstrated a spirit of devotion and diligence in all his efforts. We wish him well in all his future services to the Cause, and are confident that many opportunities will arise to enable him to continue to express his great love for Bahá’u’lláh.

The National Assembly is calling a by-election to take place immediately in order to fill the resulting vacancy. The delegates to the recent National Convention will receive instructions and ballot papers in the coming days.
