Design of national Bahá’í House of Worship for the DRC unveiled
After much anticipation, the design for the national Baha’i House of Worship to be built in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) was unveiled today. Read more, here >
Office of Public Affairs: Social action initiatives
The Office of Public Affairs wishes to hear from any friends in the United Kingdom who are collaborating with other faith communities, interfaith organisations, or other groups, on social action initiatives. Kindly send details of any of your activities to opa@bahai.org.uk.
Elevate: New content
Collections of prayers, readings and inspirational materials to use in devotional gatherings and inspire elevated conversation and action are now available on the topic of Resisting Passivity.
Other themes available include Upholding Justice at the Collective Level, Upholding Justice at the Individual Level, Change, Overcoming Racism, Mental Health, Joy, Wellness, Hope, Friendship, Patience, Strength and Gratitude.
With many migrant workers returning home amid the pandemic, the Local Spiritual Assembly of Motibasti, Nepal, is looking at what it can do to enhance the community’s capacity to produce its own food. Read more, here >
