The National Assembly is pleased to share you with news of a service position that has opened up at the National Office at 27 Rutland gate in London. We hope that friends who possess the relevant skills and experience will come forward to fill the following position:

Administrative Aide / Records Officer
Responsible for providing administrative and general support to senior members of staff within the Department of the Secretariat. Responsible for ensuring that the membership database of the National Spiritual Assembly is kept up to date in a timely manner and that the necessary reports for the Assembly and that of its various agencies are provided as required. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive and important data and a proficiency in Excel and database tools. Experience in a similar field would be most helpful. Also includes responding to general correspondence as required, dealing with telephone enquiries, assisting with annual routine matters such as arrangements for Unit Conventions, National Convention, Riḍván election and formation of local Assemblies. The Aide will also provide assistance with the management of the upkeep and maintenance of the National Hazíratu’l-Quds and other general office duties. This is a full-time position within the office that requires skills in the use of MS Office and especially Word and Excel. They must possess the ability to systematically plan and prioritise a wide range of tasks and demonstrate a good level of communication and organisational skills.

This is a full-time position. This is a paid position and a salary is being offered by the National Assembly to enable the successful candidate to carry out this service. However, as with all service to the Faith, it may be done on a voluntary or part-voluntary basis also. The initial service period is two-years, subject to review at the end of the period.
