Bahá’í Literature in Chinese

We are most delighted to share with you the following information which we hope will make it easier for the friends in your community to access Bahá’í literature in Chinese language.

1)      A Bahá’í App in Chinese

This App carries all the Writings, prayers, and guidance that are currently published in Chinese and like “newlightbook.com” above, it also provides a good selection of songs, which are suitable for different occasions such as devotional meetings and children classes.  The Writings and guidance are paired together in English and Chinese, just like “yiwenbank.com” in order to make it easier for users to carry out searches for specific passages in Bahá’í literature.

  1. I) Those who are using the “iOS” system are able to search in the “App Store” for an App called “巴哈伊文库” for free download and installation.
  2. II) Those who are using the “Android system” are able to download the App from this site https://baha.site and install it in their electronic devices.

2)      http://igc.hk/igc/home,zh-hans

This is the website of The Institute for Global Civilization, and is a useful resource for those who are engaged in research or academic exchange.  There is a rich selection of publications on the Faith from mainland Chinese official publishing houses featured on this site.

You are of course also aware of the fact that the official site for the Bahá’í World can also be accessed in Chinese as well care of: “bahai.org/zh/”.

We hope the resources mentioned above will be of some use to Chinese speaking believers, especially those friends in your community who are engaged in reaching out to the Chinese speaking friends of the Faith.  Attached to this letter is a translation of the content of this letter in Chinese language as well, which might be helpful to those friends who communicate in Chinese.  Any further inquiry or suggestion arising from this letter or related to literature development in Chinese in general may be kindly directed to nmpmacau@163.com.

Our prayers are that the Blessed Beauty may strengthen you and bountifully confirm all your community building initiatives, including reaching out to the Chinese speaking friends in your region.

With loving Bahá’í greetings,
Bahá’í Committee for China
