The National Spiritual Assembly is pleased to be able to share with you the names of the representatives of the National Spiritual Assembly and each of the Regional Bahá’í Councils who will be attending the Centenary Commemoration of the Ascension of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá in the Holy Land in November 2021.
Following instructions provided by the Universal House of Justice, one male and one female member of the National Assembly were selected by the drawing of lots at its April 2021 meeting. At the same meeting, one representative from the membership of each of the four Regional Bahá’í Councils was also selected by the same method.
National Spiritual Assembly members: Dr. Wendi Momen, Mr. Olinga Tahzib
Regional Bahá’í Council members: Mr. Marco Milone (England); Miss Rhianna Giffin (Northern Ireland); Mrs. Jessica Fusco-Naish (Scotland); and Mr. Jonathan Whitehead (Wales)
The gathering is planned to take place from 21 to 28 November 2021, commencing with pre‑Commemoration activities, including visits to the Shrines in ‘Akká and Haifa from 22 to 24 November. The official programme will take place between 25 and 27 November.
It should be noted that owing to this momentous event, the pilgrimage programme will be suspended from 22 November to 1 December 2021 and from 3 to 11 January 2022. Additionally, brief visitors may not go to the Holy Land from 10 to 30 November 2021 and from 28 December 2021 to 8 January 2022.

An Evening of Stories about the Trustees of Huqúqu’lláh

The Regional Board of Trustees of Huqúqu’lláh for Ireland and the United Kingdom invite you to an evening of stories about the Trustees of Huqúqu’lláh. There were five Trustees, including a martyr and three Hands of the Cause of God. They lived lives of great service and sacrifice that continue to inspire and uplift us all. Presented by Gisu Mohadjer and Robert Cook.
