The National Spiritual Assembly is looking to fill the full-time position of Grounds Maintenance Worker at the Guardian’s Resting Place and its surrounding area in New Southgate Cemetery, North London.  This presents a wonderful and unique opportunity for service in the vicinity of this immeasurably sacred spot.

The Grounds Maintenance Worker, in consultation with the custodians, will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, orderly and aesthetically pleasing environment at the site of the Resting Place.  The duties of the Grounds Maintenance Worker include gardening and attending to the upkeep of memorials within the site.  Successful applicants must be able to systematically plan and organise their tasks, taking full responsibility for caring for the site, and need to be willing to work as required in inclement weather.

A salary is offered to enable a successful applicant carry out this service.  As with all service to the Faith, there is also the opportunity to undertake it on a voluntary basis or part-voluntary basis.
